6 unit Main Switchboard Upgrade in Paddington

Upon completing a switchboard inspection for the complex, it was found that the main switchboard was in poor condition and there were several compliance issues.

The solution involved our electricians completing the following:

replaced the existing switchboard with a new lockable metal weatherproof switchboard
upgraded all the fuses to circuit breakers, installed safety switches on all required circuits, including tenancy circuits
upgraded the main switchboard building isolator to a circuit breaker
installed meter disconnect links for all units to comply with Energex QEMM requirements
upgraded the main earthing to comply with AS3000

The main switchboard is now compliant with the electrical standards, and the residents have a safe switchboard for the property.
