How long does a split system installation take?
A standard back-to-back installation, where the indoor and outdoor units are on the same wall, is usually done in part of a day. Longer pipe runs, multi-head systems and new circuits take longer.
Do I need a new circuit?
Most split systems should be on their own dedicated circuit with an outdoor isolator. We check your switchboard and include the circuit in your fixed quote.
Which brand is best?
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Daikin, Panasonic and Gree all make reliable systems. The right choice depends on room size, budget and features. Correct sizing and installation matter more than the logo.
What warranty do I get?
Most of the units we install carry a manufacturer’s warranty of five years or more. Our installation workmanship is covered by our lifetime workmanship guarantee.
Can you replace my old unit?
Yes. We remove the old system and check whether the existing circuit, isolator and pipework location are suitable before installing the new unit.
Do you service or maintain air conditioners?
No. We supply and install new systems and replace old ones, but we do not offer air conditioner servicing or maintenance. To keep your system running well, clean the indoor filters every few weeks during heavy use and have a specialist air conditioning technician service it every one to two years.
