Power Upgrade for Body Corporate – New Farm

The body corporate committee for a property in New Farm comprising 15 units was in need of upgrading their main switchboard as well as increasing the power allocation for the new main switchboard.

The essential services capabilities were integrated with this switchboard – which included a lift, fire services and mechanical ventilation. Through expert consultation with our team, we were able to put forth a solution specific to the needs of the property.

The project completed by the team included removing the existing switchboard and circuit breakers, and designing, supplying and installing a new customised lockable, weatherproof plinth mounted board with all necessary circuits and protection required. The result – the body corporate was provided with an upgraded switchboard with increased power supply.
