Switchboard Compliance – Body Corporate in Taringa

A common issue of older body corporate or commercial switchboards is that the boards are simply no longer in a safe state (breaking down, easily accessed) or they are not located in a compliant location.

This switchboard for a 10 unit body corporate in Taringa had a switchboard which was in poor condition therefore rendering it unsafe. It therefore needed to be rectified and made compliant.

Our solution was as cost effective as possible in that we simply replaced the existing board and fuses with a new lockable, waterproof switchboard to house all new metres and circuit breakers in accordance with Energex QEMM requirements. The team installed the board in a new compliant location and reconnected all units without delay.
