Noisy Exhaust Fan, Toowong 

Residents of a Toowong Unit Complex were in need of help to replace a rooftop exhaust fan.

Issue: The Body Corporate reached out to our electricians regarding a solution for issues at the complex for two exhaust fans. The existing fans were aged, inefficient, and excessively noisy, resulting in numerous complaints from residents about constant disturbance and vibration. After inspection, our electricians identified that both fans had reached the end of their operational life and required full replacement.

Solution: To resolve the issue, Fully Wired Electrical supplied and installed two new, high-efficiency rooftop exhaust fans designed for continuous use in unit buildings. These modern systems offer improved airflow performance while operating at a much lower noise level. In addition, we installed two fan speed controllers, giving the body corporate and maintenance team the ability to adjust the fan speed to balance ventilation requirements with quiet operation.
