The Fully Wired electrical team are the preferred electrical contractors in Brisbane and south east Queensland, having built our reputation on excellent customer service, high quality workmanship and a strict adherence to safety practices. We specialise in lighting, switchboard power supply, safety and maintenance for residential, body corporate and commercial business clients.

2008
Fully Wired was established in 2008 by Jay Macgehan, our director, one month before the Global financial crisis hit.
2011
Full time administrator, Krista, joined the team full time.
2013
Construction division expanded with dedicated Team Leader.
2015
A specialised Body Corporate and Strata Division was established Admin Girls
2017
Office expansion to Seventeen Mile Rocks
2020
Strategic decision to discontinue construction electrical and focus on all electrical services for Residential, Commercial and Body Corporate.
2021
Thermal Imaging added to our specialist services for switchboard safety and maintenance.
2021
Customer Service expansion to allow dedicated staff for each division - Service and maintenance, Body Corporate and Compliance.
2022
New Operations Manager position established, long with new quoting service vehicle. FW Fleet consisting of 6 Vehicles on the road.
2023
Strategic Partnership with Switchboard Solutions. Expanding services, sharing knowledge and expertise across greater South East Queensland for larger, complex switchboard installations.
2025
Completed over 250 Switchboard Upgrades since 2018 (we only started counting then!). We have a wide range of sizes and difficulties on our resume - from Larger Commercial Boards, Highrise Apartment Buildings on the coast, and smaller 6 unit blocks across Brisbane!
2026
Upfront and onsite quoting for all clients - thanks to new technologies and faster quoting technics, we are now able to provide our electricians with the ability to provide quotes on the spot.
